Refund & Cancellation Policy

30-day refunds
If Plenary HQ isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. This applies to single event passes and to multi-event bundles.
How to request one
Fill in our refund request form using the email address on your account, with the date of purchase or the order reference from your receipt. We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What happens to your passes
When a refund is processed, the passes it paid for are returned. Any event unlocked by a refunded pass reverts to the free plan limits, and unused passes from a refunded bundle are removed from your balance. Your event data itself is not deleted.
Partial refunds on bundles
If you have used some of the passes in a bundle, contact us and we will refund the unused passes on a pro-rata basis at the single-pass price.
Cancellation
Plenary HQ is sold as one-time passes, not a subscription. There is no recurring billing, so there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged again automatically. You can stop using the Service or ask us to close your account at any time through our contact form.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, invoicing and returns, and may also be contacted about a refund. Plenary HQ is operated by Matthew Farineau.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of this policy (for example repeated buy-and-refund cycles), or a breach of our Terms & Conditions. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
