An honest take
Whova is a mature, feature-rich event app used by tens of thousands of events. If you run a large multi-day conference with exhibitors, sponsors and a dedicated events team, it may be the right tool.
Whova's pricing page is a quote form, so the only way to know your cost is to ask. Reported figures for small events start around $1,500–$2,300 per event, and paid registrations may carry per-ticket fees on top.
Plenary HQ is newer and smaller on purpose: attendee profiles, custom questions, agenda and speakers, venue and room planning, reminders, check-in and badges — free for hosts during the closed beta.
